| Job Description |
The Ambassador Theatre Group, a successful and rapidly expanding group of theatres, cinemas and theatrical productions, is looking for a Deputy Master Carpenter to join one of its busy London venues.
You will assist the Master Carpenter in carrying out all stage operations, provide general maintenance of the building, supervise flying both for performance and production.
You will also deputise the Master Carpenter in their absence.
You will be proficient in technical stage skills, have two years’ flying experience (including counterweight) and desirably five years’ stage experience. You must be able to work as part of a team, be physically fit and be willing to work unsociable hours.
A knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and basic IT skills
would also be an advantage.
