We are direct lenders, brokers and business consultants for Business Loans and Commercial Real Estate Financing. We are looking for a person who is a recent graduate attorney with California License who may be interested to learn this business and conduct settlement (escrow) and other related county documentary recording work.
Excellent opportunity to complement your past apprenticeship in real world practice, a high paying position to learn the finance business while earning above average income.
We are located 35 miles North of Los Angeles. Telecommuting opportunity.
Compensation is based on per diem plus percentage of completed assignment.
There also may be hourly billing project when there is a turnaround or merger and acquisition assignment.
We provide study material and coaching for the committed person.
