Gibson Guitar is looking for a person to fill the position of Manager Public Relations Europe.
This person will be responsible for all press placement and editorial writing for the company.
Candidate must have media contacts both locally and internationally and experience in writing press releases, captions for press photos, corporate feature stories and biographies. They will development all communication of information designed to keep the public informed of Gibson’s brands, products. They will be responsible for press placement including, but not limited to, CEO exposure, programs, product launches, events and other related activities.
Must be aggressive and know how to secure media placement in electronic, print and internet press. Will be managing speaking engagements, producing corporate press kits, publicizing all internal and external activities and partnering with distributors on trade media important. Media recaps and reporting.

| Qualifications |
Candidate should have strong Public Relations and Media experience.
Minimum of 5-6 years experience and college degree.
Must speak and write English fluently. Multilingual candidate preferred.
Advanced computer skills and understanding of interactive press services a plus.
Candidates in Europe strongly encouraged as relocation will not be offered.
