Winston Flowers has been in business for over 60 years and currently has seven retail locations and an 80,000 square-foot design studio, all located in the greater Boston area. Winston Flowers is committed to providing the highest-quality and freshest products; importing flowers directly from Holland, France, Italy, Australia, Ecuador, California and local New England growers. Based on Winston Flowers’ design expertise and style, the company has built a prominent client list and floral designs are featured at leading Boston-area events.
We are seeking Floral Designers who are interested in the opportunity to work in a creative and fast-paced environment with highly skilled designers on an 18-month J-1 Visa. You will have the opportunity to create designs in one of the United States' finest floral studios, serving a high-end private and corporate clientele.
Retail Floral Designer
Winston Flowers is seeking talented, imaginative, experienced floral designers who desire to work in high end floral design at a retail shop. Our retail floral designers assist clients with product selection, design bouquets and arrangements, assist in processing the flowers and merchandise and refresh displays throughout the shop. Fluency in English, as well as floral design experience and/or education in floriculture is required.
Custom Floral Designer
Winston Flowers is seeking talented, imaginative, experienced custom floral designers who desire to work in high end design. Our custom floral designers sell and create designs for events, weddings and other special occasions. Custom designers meet with clients at their homes or sites to sell and design pieces perfect for their event. Fluency in English and event/custom floral design experience is required.
